Black round dining table (model 4997/4993) designed in 1964 by Ignazio Gardella and Anna Castelli Ferrieri for Kartell, Italy. The table is made of fiberglass-reinforced polyester resin and has a heavy base. The design is beautiful, with continuous organic shapes and chrome detailing. Originally designed for a palace in Venice, the table was a highly innovative design at the time, featuring cutting-edge technologies and materials. For transport, the top can be rotated off the base at the metal ring.
In good condition with normal signs of wear (scratches), see photos.
