This cabinet has a warm appearance and enough details to immediately catch the eye. Suitable for an interior where craftsmanship, history, and color are welcome. The piece has its original paintwork from 1806, in a beautiful light blue color. This original paint has worn beautifully over the years, giving the whole piece a very characteristic look. The cabinet is beautifully decorated with trees of life in the panels, which are characteristic of the folk art of that time and region. The cabinet has been thoroughly checked and professionally restored, with an eye for originality and character. The construction is solid, the paintwork is beautifully intact, and the patina has been preserved. The cabinet has an original working lock and is equipped with a shelf and rod on the inside. This rod, and one of the two wedges used to dismantle the cabinet, has been replaced. Old, sporadic traces of woodworm have been checked and treated. Wedding cabinets like this are rarely found. The colors, paintings, and patina make this an exclusive piece of furniture. The cabinet can be transported in two parts. 190 cm high, 170 cm wide, 56 cm deep. See less
