These chairs feature confident, deeply carved detailing and impressive weight, reflecting high-quality historic revival craftsmanship.

Each chair is constructed from solid mahogany and showcases a richly carved crest rail with scrolling foliate motifs, turned uprights, and full rolled armrests. The backs are fitted with arched cane panels, which remain intact and provide contrast to the dark mahogany frames. Turned legs and substantial stretchers contribute to the chairs’ stability and presence.

The seat cushions were reupholstered at a later date in an olive/avocado velvet upholstery and are serviceable but not period-correct, making these chairs ideal for use as-is or for custom reupholstery according to the buyer’s preferences. The upholstery condition has been reflected in the pricing.
