Measuring 17” high by 22” wide by .25” deep. It is painted on found plywood with acrylic paint, it is signed along the entire front top, "Cyrstofer".

There are 3 small holes in the upper section of the painting. They can be filled and then unnoticeable, however this kind of condition is within the keeping of the artists intentions having used found materials.

Self-taught California artist Christopher (Cyrstofer) Shoemaker (American b. 1969), created this figurative abstract painting of 5 standing figures on a found plywood panel with acrylic paint. Shoemaker is often known for his drips, swirls and splashes with paint, plus the use of found materials. This style of art is commonly known as an outsider artist, especially when the person is untrained.

And, with all that said; Shoemaker is a listed artist. This painting is signed along the top “Cyrstofer”. He has had several one-man art exhibitions, i fact at the gallery of Colin Fisher Studios in Cathedral City, California. He also has shown in several other galleries, plus his art is in many high profile collections.
