This elongated gallery-format rug showcases a deep navy blue field anchored by four large axially aligned medallions, creating a strong sense of rhythm and architectural balance along its length.
The surrounding field is animated with charming stylized bird motifs, a decorative element more commonly associated with Karabagh carpets from the Caucasus, reflecting the cross-cultural influences that occasionally appear in village Hamadan weavings.
