W. Jason Situ was born in Guang Dong, China in 1949. He began painting as a teenager eventually studying at the Guangzhou Fine Arts Institute. He immigrated to the United States with his family in 1989. He is best know for his plein air paintings with California landscapes depicted in many of works. The artist has won numerous awards and is a member of several western plein air associations.
This work, titled "Late Afternoon Light" depicts a lake and surrounding landscape in the inland valley region of San Diego (based on a second painting we have for sale by the same artist titled "Last Light" San Diego, April, 2000).

The Chairish Buyer Guarantee ensures that you have complete peace of mind when

- Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason, with the exception of some Made-to-Order items, where supplies have been purchased or work begun on the item.
- Please notify us within 24 hours of purchase if you would like to cancel an order, as prompt cancellation will reduce the likelihood that you will incur return shipping charges.

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.

- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
