The bust stands 4.75" … Read more On offer is an extremely rare 19th century Meissen porcelain bust of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. The bust stands 4.75" in height and has a shoulder width of 3". The base is marked with the blue crossed swords of Meissen and there are other incised marks which are clearly visible in the images. The overall condition is very good, however there are two tiny, inconsequential fleabite chips; one on the lower right hand side of the body and another under the base rim.
