mini bio: domenico colanzi (vasto, 1944) is an internationally renowned painter and sculptor from abruzzo. His artistic training was influenced by the great masters of the 20th century. He is best known for his essential, volumetric style: his figures, often female, possess a sculptural solidity, with rounded, monumental forms reminiscent of archaic art and the sculpture of henry moore. He has exhibited in numerous galleries in italy and abroad.
