It is signed by the artist in the lower right corner and dated on the back august 1988 in dinard. It is unframed. Very good condition.

robert dago was born in paris. A close friend of michou, he was well-known in dinard and painted the mural at the olympic swimming pool. He gifted the former mayor of dinard, marius mallet, a painting depicting the start of the tour de france in 1990. This canvas is still on display at the town hall. He also created a gouache of the striped dinard tents, which has since become the emblem of the town. He held numerous exhibitions in montreal, las vegas, new york, mexico city, paris, brussels, and italy. He also designed posters for cinemas. He had lived for 25 years on the island of saint martin in the west indies. This piece has an attribution mark,
