Iconic Frisbi 850 pendant lamp, designed by Achille Castiglioni in the 1970s for the Italian lighting manufacturer Flos. Its defining feature is the floating, flat disc made of opaque plastic, which reflects the light downwards without glare, combined with the chrome-plated hemispherical reflector and the black suspension. The construction with its delicate tension cables underscores the lamp's technical, almost weightless appearance – a typical example of Castiglioni's functional yet playful design approach. An international design classic with high recognition value.
