A beautiful rocket-shaped lamp, also known as a rocket lamp in North America, where this type of object represents a whole aspect of what they call the "Atomic Space Age," a movement from the 1950s that fantasized about the technological advances of the time: space exploration, harnessing the power of the atom, and futuristic technology in everyday life.
Resembling the lines of a rocket, this lamp consists of a tripod teak base and a double-layered opal glass diffuser for the fuselage.
