Lamp stand in glass signed at the base Lalique France. 12 cm H glass and 21 cm H with lamp holder.
René Jules Lalique (Alas, department of Marne, France, April 6, 1860 - Paris, May 1, 1945) was a master glassmaker and French jeweler. He is buried in the Cemetery of Père-Lachaise.
He had great recognition for his original creations of jewelry, perfume bottles, glasses, candlesticks, watches, etc., within the modernist style (Art Nouveau and Art Deco). The factory she founded is still in operation (it is very popular for its perfumes) and the name Lalique has remained associated with creativity and quality, with both lavish and discreet designs.
