Folks who are familiar with Art Deco rugd, are well aware that this size early Nicole Quality Art Deco is … Read more Folks who are familiar with Art Deco rugd, are well aware that this size early Nicole Quality Art Deco is a difficult task to find one specially with this color combination, which is the best combo and highky demanded one. since I am a Deco lover myself, I alway go after the most unusual & unique ones' fortunately, i was able to locate this at an estate sale in Malibu, CA. previous owners had bought it from Pacific design Center in Los Angeles & they had paoid 5 digits + dollar for it. As you probably know all pile rugs have two shases of color dark &light side. When you view the rug from its nap colors are much lighters and is otherwise from the other side, which is called dark side. if you noticed that some pictures are darker than the others, it means those belong to dark side. As far as the condition goes, it has low medium pile from top to bottom, one place has lower pile but no foundation threads are visible. If you are looking for something like this just get it becauser I am not sure when I will be able to find another one. See less
