Untitled #8 is an original work by an Austin-based contemporary artist, created in ink and pencil on watercolor paper. The composition is defined by layered horizontal striations in saturated purples, magentas, blues, and reds, interwoven with expressive drips and flowing handwritten marks. The result is a richly textured surface with strong visual rhythm and emotional depth.
The artwork has been professionally framed by Art Direct using a light natural wood frame, white mat, and plexiglass glazing. The framing is clean, modern, and understated, allowing the artwork to remain the focal point.
Please note: There is a small rip in the backing of the frame, seen in the third photo. This work is listed separately, though it is part of a cohesive three-piece series originally acquired together. The piece is currently stored in a climate-controlled storage facility and is in great condition.
