original set of four model 83 dining chairs, designed by niels o. Møller and manufactured by the renowned j.l. Møllers møbelfabrik in denmark. Model 83 is one of the designer's classic designs from the early 1960s and exemplifies the elegant design language of danish mid-century modern.

characteristic features include the softly rounded backrest, the slender proportions, and the impeccable craftsmanship without visible screws. Niels o. Møller, himself a trained cabinetmaker, combined ergonomic comfort with sculptural lightness in his furniture – qualities for which his chairs are appreciated worldwide.

the chairs are made of solid teak. The wood has been freshly cleaned, sanded, and oiled and is in excellent condition. The seats have been re-woven with new, hand-woven paper cord from denmark, offering exceptional comfort and durability.
