Each table features linear vertical bamboo slat construction creating a cage form and showcasing the warm chestnut-brown color of the aged bamboo. The bamboo displays characteristic natural variations and rich coloring. The tables are topped with substantial black granite tops providing a dramatic contrast to the warm bamboo. The open slat construction creates visual lightness while the solid proportions ensure stability. The corners are lashed with a leather rawhide wrapped binding. Each table has original brass McGuire manufacturer's plaque. Usable as low end tables or side tables. Sold as a matching pair. Very good, well-preserved condition with age appropriate wear consistent with light use. The bamboo has developed natural rich darkening and color that enhances its character. Bindings are complete and secure. Both black stone tops are in very good condition with only light surface wear. Solid and stable with no loose joints. Sold as a pair.
