The rough hewn top has a very organic feel with rustic worn surface and gnarls, cracks and knots in the wood. In the photo of the top, notice the circular holes that served a purpose for the carpenter who originally used this workbench.
Please examine the close up photos to appreciate the warm patina, joints and old hardware. It has one traditional long vice along the left leg.
This work table has been restored and waxed, it is strong, stable and ready to be used and enjoyed. 
All scratches, cracks, dings, and age related separation are reflective of age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this unique console table serving as a wine rack.
