A vibrant and substantial mid-century Italian art glass pitcher, likely hailing from the celebrated furnaces of 1950s/60s Murano (attributed to Fratelli Toso or Aureliano Toso). This piece is executed in the classic Macchia su Macchia technique, featuring a translucent yellow body with multiple overlapping layers of opaque white and deep lemon-yellow glass granules. The result is a luminous, "spotted" texture that gives the piece remarkable material depth.
A standout feature is the hand-applied Rigadin (grooved) clear glass handle. This ribbed texture was a signature of high-end Venetian workshops and creates a beautiful play of light against the swirling yellow body.
