Very rare Art Deco ottoman attributed to Jindrich Halabala, Eastern Europe, 1930s. Barrel shape round base veneered in walnut finished in french polish. Seating reupholstered in luxurious geometric pattern velvet, original couls kept, base lightly cleaned and sanded, french ploish revived. Seating cover brand new, light wear consistent to age, visible traces of use and time, some imperfections. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
