The set is notable for its strikingly unconventional design, characterised by sleek, flowing curves and a tray inset with a blue glass base.

each piece is marked on the underside with the company logo “sabattini italy” and stamped with the facsimile signature “fenice 1989/1994 collezione sabattini italy”. Literature - lino sabattini: 45 jahre design in silber, hoyer, fig. 31.
