It is done in … Read more This Is an Exceptionally Nice - Very Fine Quality Antique English Sterling Silver Condiment Caddy Set. It is done in a Classic Traditional Georgian Style. The 5 Piece Set is All Original and Matching. It Includes the Carry Caddy, a Master Salt Cellar, a Pepper Shaker, and a Mustard Pot. The 5th Piece is a Small Pot with a Very Small Serving Spoon Attached to the Lid - I don't know it's exact purpose but it is Original - Note that the Attached Small Spoon also has the Matching Hallmarks. I Suppose that it is Possible that This Piece is Actually for the Salt ? and that the Octagon Bowl ( "Master Salt Seller") is Actually For Some Other Condiment - Possibly Sugar ? Jam ? Hollandaise Sauce ???. NOTE! That there are actually 7 Pieces Included with this Set but the 2 Small Spoons ( Marked Sterling ) are Not Original and are American in Origin. All 5 Pieces Have Matching Town of Sheffield England Hallmarks that Include the H. E. Ltd Maker Mark of The Hawksworth, Eyre & Company ( in business from 1894 to 1931 ), A "Lion Passant" English Sterling Mark, a 1910 "S" Date Letter and the Sheffield Town - Crown Mark. None of the Pieces have Added or Removed Monograms. The 7 Piece Set has a Substantial Combined Solid Sterling Silver Weight of 368.88 Grams / 11.860 Troy Ounces. All of the Pieces are in Very Good Condition with Some Light Tarnish.
It Measures as Displayed 6 3/4 inches Tall x 5 7/8 inches Wide x 5 7/8 inches Long.
