It is colbalt blue, has a handle, and two pouring spouts. It measures 7 3/4" from spout to spout, 7" from the handle to the rim, and stands 4" tall. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Color is quite rare for Frankoma and works well with mix and match Fiestaware. See less
