Its captivating light brown main field carries an allover herati pattern in shades of beige and blue within a beige and blue serrated leaf and flower head border. Herati – one of the most recognizable and iconic oriental designs – comprises of a flower inside a rhombus surrounded by four acanthus-leaves. These leafs are sometimes called fishes and the pattern is often used on carpets with an all-over/repeated motif.

The antique Persian Feraghan rug was made by hand out of high-quality wool in accordance with traditional techniques which ensured its durability and uniqueness.
