Unique table lamp made from an architectural salvage tabernacle door. The vintage religious building fragment features a keyhole and a chalice and sunburst design with remnants of white and gold paint. The back of the door shows area of previous lock as well as hinges on the side of the door.
Professionally mounted on a heavy iron base, wired as a single light lamp. Back of base shows minor paint loss. Unmarked as to the maker.
Unusual, one of a kind lamp with beautiful patina. Its distressed character adds charm and historic depth to the functional piece of decor.
Lamp is 21 inches tall to top of socket, base is 6 inches square. Tabernacle door is 10 inches wide by 13 inches tall and 1.25 inches in depth.
Lamp is in excellent working condition.
