The straw seats are inviting. Made of solid wood, the frames of these chairs are stained a vibrant red, highlighting the design of the backrest and its angular shape. Halfway between radical rational design and traditional furniture production, these red chairs possess a unique character firmly rooted in the spirit of the times.

The chairs date from the 1960s. They are in good condition and well-made. The frame is made of solid beech and stained a vibrant red; some discoloration is visible on the front, along with signs of wear. The seats are made of woven straw. There is a small tear, but they are otherwise in good condition. The chairs are stable, very comfortable, and elegant. Signs of wear are minor. There are some wormholes on the underside and one leg; the chairs have been cleaned and treated.
