Elegant French Louis XVI–style demilune cabinet, early 20th century, featuring finely figured walnut veneers with exceptional marquetry and inlay. The curved façade is richly decorated with geometric parquetry panels and a central floral marquetry scene, framed by delicate stringing and contrasting borders.
The cabinet is topped with its original molded marble slab in deep gray tones with dramatic white and cream veining. Gilt bronze mounts accent the corners, apron, and doors, while classic ring pulls and escutcheons complete the refined neoclassical look. Raised on slender tapered legs with bronze sabots.
The interior opens to reveal a fitted shelf, making this piece both decorative and functional ideal for use as a console, bar cabinet, or statement storage piece in an entry or dining room. A sophisticated example of early 20th-century French craftsmanship inspired by 18th-century Louis XVI design.
