The master casting for the original sculpture took the artist 14 months to create. It is an original design not made from a reproduction of any other previous work. This unparalleled work of art is not only realistic to the subject matter, but it captures Diana's warmth, beauty and her beloved endearing smile.
The jewelry was hand crafted by a master jeweler using unique specialized finishing & engraving techniques. A special decorative filigree with raised beading was implemented into Diana's tiara. Hand crafting miniature precious jewelry is a labor of love. The process requires intense skill and patience, Very few jewelers are adept in that field.
