both are made of very thick crystal that has a detailed frosted body depicting the Capitol Building done in high relief.
the foot and top edge are hand cut out of clear crystal giving it a nice contrast against the figural scene.
they are in great condition and each measures 3 1/2 inches tall by 2 1/2 inches wide.
