Wegner and manufactured by carl hansen & son, odense, denmark, 1950. The chairs have a solid oak frame and teak veneer backrest. The oak frame and teak backrest create a pleasant contrast. The seats are upholstered in cream velvet and are in excellent condition. The chairs bear the hans j. Wegner trademark on the bottom of the seats. The backrest features a striking, contoured connection between the frame and the rear shell. This type of woodwork is typical of wegner's designs. This piece has an attribution mark,
