Original, restored, shellac-polished Gründerzeit cabinet/chest. This very beautiful and spacious bookcase dates from around 1875 and is exceptionally well-made and elegant. The cabinet is in very good, restored condition. The wood is walnut veneer with a spruce body. This wardrobe/chest is a clean, ready-to-use dream piece, adorned with lovely glazes and Gründerzeit ornaments. The key and lock are functional. The interior has a pleasant aroma. This cabinet is a visual highlight, a truly rustic eye-catcher, and a practical antique piece of furniture for your living room. This bookcase is a wonderful, dream piece.
