An enduring icon of modern design, this Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman represents the perfect balance of comfort, craftsmanship, and sculptural form. Designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller, the lounge chair redefined what modern seating could be—inviting, luxurious, and timeless.
This example features rich walnut plywood shells with beautifully matched grain, paired with black leather that is softly tufted and generously padded. The molded plywood construction creates a flowing silhouette that supports the body while maintaining a light, architectural presence. The leather presents a smooth, supple finish that complements the warmth of the wood.
