This hand-crafted Tamegroute candle holder showcases a distinctive geometric silhouette accented with circular cut-outs and subtle brass detailing. The deep green glaze, layered with natural tonal variations, reflects the mineral richness and unpredictable beauty characteristic of traditional Tamegroute ceramics.
Hand-shaped from natural clay and finished using ancestral firing techniques, each piece develops its own surface texture, depth of color, and organic irregularities. The contrast between the glossy glaze and raw metal accents creates a sculptural presence that feels both primitive and refined.
Rooted in Moroccan ceramic heritage, this candle holder functions as a decorative object as much as a functional piece. Its bold form and artisanal finish make it a striking accent for shelves, consoles, or curated interiors seeking character and authenticity.

• Handmade
• Glazed ceramic with brass accents
• Natural clay
• One of a kind
Crafted in the historic village of Tamegroute in Morocco’s Draa Valley, these ceramics come from a rare, family-held tradition preserved by only a small number of workshops. Shaped by hand from local clay and fired in traditional wood-fueled kilns, each piece develops its surface through mineral-rich glaze, ash, heat, and shifting kiln atmosphere.
Subtle differences in firing conditions and even placement inside the kiln create the signature earthy greens and raw tonal variations Tamegroute is known for. No two pieces are ever exactly alike.
