Each tile is decorated in classic cobalt blue with charming figural and landscape scenes, including traditional Dutch occupations, sailing vessels, windmills, and architectural views. The scenes are rendered in the characteristic Delftware tin-glazed earthenware style, displaying soft craquelure and tonal depth consistent with authentic 19th-century production.

The tiles are mounted in a beautifully aged wooden serving tray, likely oak or fruitwood, with a warm natural patina. The original brass side handles show gentle oxidation, adding to the historical character and authenticity of the piece.
