Rare and iconic “Model 4017” Ufo pendant lamp designed by J. Hoogervorst and produced by Anvia Almelo in the Netherlands during the 1960s. This striking example of Dutch modernist lighting features a refined anthracite-colored metal shade combined with a white inner diffuser, creating a balanced and atmospheric light distribution.
The sculptural UFO-inspired form is characteristic of Hoogervorst’s functional yet elegant approach to design. When lit, the lamp provides a warm, indirect glow, making it ideal for dining areas, living spaces, or as a statement piece in a contemporary interior.
The lamp is in good vintage condition, showing minor signs of age consistent with use. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
