We offer for sale a refined ceiling light (or wall sconce), an authentic example of Florentine craftsmanship from the 1970s. This piece embodies the Hollywood Regency style, characterized by the use of gold-plated metal to create dramatic light sources.
Design and Craftsmanship: The lamp is crafted from hand-shaped wrought iron, with a multi-tiered structure reminiscent of a large flower or sunburst. The numerous petals/rays, arranged radially, are finished with an antique gold finish that lends warmth and elegance to the room. The depth of the workmanship (approximately 20 cm) creates interesting plays of light and shadow on the ceiling when the lamp is turned on. There is a single light source at the center.
