It is nicely framed with a gilt wooden frame, matted, and under glass.
The painting is done with very intricate detailing and an assortment of pastel colors.
It's done on a small scale so it took extreme skill to acquire the detailing the painting contains.
It depicts a mother and child feeding a group of chickens out of a woven basket.
It's signed by the artist on the bottom right but a bout hard to make out.
The piece is in great condition and measures 10 1/4 inches by 9 inches framed.
The image alone measures 5 by 3 1/4 inches. See less
