Dimensions: height 180 cm, width 160 cm, depth 5 cm.

Rendered in cool blues and greens, a calm lake unfolds in the foreground, framed by layered hills and dense pine forest. In the background, a powerful mountain silhouette rises and softly dissolves into mist, giving the composition strong depth and an almost meditative atmosphere. The painting is executed in oil, with subtle nuance in tone and texture—from the bright, light-reflecting water to the carefully built-up treetops and the hazy mountain slopes.

The overall presentation is exceptionally refined. The screen is professionally mounted and neatly framed behind acrylic glass, with a decorative textile passe-partout and a well-finished, glossy lacquered surround. This gives the piece an elegant, warm presence and makes it ready to hang immediately; hanging points are provided.

At the lower right is a kanji signature with two red hanko seals, likely to be read as “Tsuru-ri”.
