1950s double wall lamp in massive oak. The two lampshade are not the original but they were specially ordered for this model. Guillerme and Chambon furniture, sold by the manufacturer “Votre maison,” was born out of a meeting between two men, Jacques Chambron, a graduate of the École des Arts Appliqués in Reims, and Robert Guillerme, an interior designer and graduate of the École Boule, and a project that gradually grew amid the many shortages of the time. Made from solid oak, this furniture perfectly represents the robust and subtly rustic branch that grew out of the post-war Modern Movement. Creative and original, the Votre Maison style quickly established itself as high-quality furniture that could finally be used in everyday life. Very good condition.
