The sculptural design, based on basic geometric forms, clearly reflects the fact that the designers were architects. The column-like legs are crafted in turquoise-green encaustic plaster (on metal), and the surface, through deliberate patination, resembles natural stone. A metal frame rests on the solid column legs, supporting the greenish glass top, which is sandblasted from below, creating a floating effect. The table comes from the home of a prominent German architect. This piece has an attribution mark,
