This piece contains 9 shelves, each one measuring 36" … Read more Danish modern teak wall unit designed by Poul Cadovius, circa 1960s. This piece contains 9 shelves, each one measuring 36" long, by 9" deep, by 3/4" thickness. It also has one drop down door cabinet that opens and locks with a key. The cabinet measures 36" long by 12" deep by 15" high. This piece is completely adjustable, and any of the case pieces or shelves can be installed anywhere up and down the wall-mounted uprights. Please note that 3 of the wall mounted uprights measure 61" and one of them measures 57". It appears that my mother in law cut one of the uprights in order for it to fit her wall. The hardware is brass. The system is in a good condition considering its age. My mother-in-law is the original owner, and it has always been in a smoke and pet free home. - This wall unit is in good vintage condition. The only imperfection I can find is that one shelf of the … moreThis wall unit is in good vintage condition. The only imperfection I can find is that one shelf of the nine total has a chipped edge. It most likely happened when it was disassembled or moved. This chip appears to be contained to the veneer and not the entire wood shelf. We have not made any attempts to restore this, preferring to adjust the price to reflect it. This imperfection can be viewed in the photos, most notably the last two. I am also very willing to share additional photos and videos to any perspective buyer.
