"Fuoco" Lamp – Gaetano Pesce for Meritalia
The iconic Fuoco table lamp, designed by Gaetano Pesce and produced by Meritalia, is one of the most recognizable pieces of radical Italian design from the 1990s.
The lamp is made of colored polyurethane resin, molded to evoke a stylized flame that seems to emerge and "melt" into space. The irregular, textured surface is characteristic of Pesce's style, which combines sculpture, design, and industrial experimentation in a single object.
Thanks to its warm, diffused light, Fuoco creates a dramatic and evocative atmosphere, making it ideal both as a functional element and as a decorative work of art. Perfect for living rooms, studios, galleries, or contemporary spaces with a strong personality.
Produced by Meritalia, a historic Italian design brand known for collaborating with some of the most important designers of the 20th century. This piece has an attribution mark,
