Amazing splendor in design execution, known as the Bokhara style, or 'elephant's footprint' (actually geometric floral designs) made in the spirit of centuries old carpets. Plush, soft, silk-like pile with superb quality, long-stapled wool rendering high sheen and luster imparting unusual dynamic and contrast between light and dark sides. Colors and shades include: Ivory, pale rust, navy blue, black, powder blue, and more. Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Pakistani Bokhara carpet made in Pakistan circa 1960's vintage.
