Up for sale is a wonderful antique 18th century hand carved wooden religious altar crucifix.
It's completely carved by hand with very elaborate lifelike detailing and very well crafted.
Jesus is mounted to a thick wooden cross with intricate clam shell ends and has acquired a lovely patina from age.
It is in good condition and measures 23 1/4 inches tall by 13 inches wide.
One of his hands is missing a nail and there are a couple chips to the INRI scroll.
