Up for sale is a rare antique 18th century brass whale oil lamp.
This handmade lamp features a gorgeous silhouette with a circular foot that is heavily weighted.
It has a tapering shaft and a threaded font that is missing the burner.
The lamp is in good antique condition and measures 8 inches tall by 4 1/4 inches wide.
The shaft and font have a couple dings as shown in photos and the threaded top may have been an addition.
