Chair is in overall very good condition. Light wear throughout the legs in the form of scratches and scuffing. Fabric is in very good condition with no rips or holes but has soiling throughout.
Could use a professional cleaning or one could reupholster it with another fabric, imitation leather, etc - to be correct for the period.
Extremely rare model, these never come up.
