Up for sale is a very high quality pair of E.F. Caldwell gilt bronze and crystal electric table lamps.
they are done with very elaborate Empire style detailing, out of thick gold gilded bronze, and have acquired a wonderful patina from age.
the pair features intricate figures dancing around the base and are done in high relief.
each has two candle;e shaped sockets with ornate drip plates and cut drop crystal prisms.
there is also ribbed center shafts topped with cut crystal finials.
the lamps are wired, work great, and have unique on/off pull switches located on the bases.
both lamps are signed on the bases reading "E.F. Caldwell and Co. Inc. New York."
in very nice condition and measures 18 3/4 inches tall by 10 inches wide.
has some gilding loss from age as shown in photos.
