A visually engaging grouping of three antique Japanese painted tin tea caddies, each distinct in form and decoration yet unified by traditional tole techniques and figural and floral motifs. The tallest rectangular canister features a geisha figure beneath blossoming branches with landscape details, while the faceted hexagonal example is decorated with a seated figure and delicate repeating floral patterns on a deep ground. The smaller rounded jar presents stylized floral cartouches and calligraphic-style reserves.
