19th century gustavian influenced chest of drawers circa 1870.
good quality scandinavian chest of drawers made in pine and re-painted in the early 20th century into it's current blue/green scheme.
rectangular top with front canted corners and applied moulding. fitted with 4 graduating drawers and later brass handles and key plates. floor level moulding and raised on front bun feet and block feet to the rear.
paint finish is smooth like a lacquered type finish. expected surface marks and fading. restoration to re apply the moulding to the top edge. ready for everyday use.
