A graceful set of two lamps, with a classic, clean style, crafted by Florentine artisans. The slender, all-wood pedestal is decorated and hand-carved with square ring highlights. It is covered in gold leaf; a very thin sheet of gold, usually 22 carats, with various types of gold or imitation gold alloys used to decorate the surfaces (gilding). The solid cream-colored shade is meticulously detailed, square with pure white trim at the edges. It resembles the shape of a shield. Dimensions: Height: 41 cm – Width: 21 cm
