This elegant Federal-style chest of drawers features a graceful bowed front crafted in richly figured bird’s-eye maple. Most likely dating to the 1910s, the piece retains a largely undisturbed original patina, showcasing the warmth and character that only time can impart.
The chest stands on carved wooden claw-style feet fitted with original wood casters, allowing for both stability and ease of movement. All drawers retain their original glass handle pulls, a refined detail that complements the period design. One original brass keyhole escutcheon remains intact; the other three are missing, consistent with age and use.
